Hi, my name is Bonnie Cramman. I am 40 years old. I live near Preston in Lancashire. I am a Trainee Birth and Postnatal Doula. I have been married for twenty years and have two wonderful boys. Ross the eldest is 19yrs and Zachary is 5yrs. After experiencing two difficult births I understand the need for support. This is often overlooked as we tend to concentrate on the needs of the new baby.

I completed my Doula Training in March 2007. I also have a recent Criminal Records Bureau Enhanced Disclosure (CRB).

I have attended a course for Birth and Postnatal Doula's and an Advanced Breastfeeding Course. These were organised by Nurturing Birth. I am also a Mother's Supporter for the Association of Breastfeeding Mothers (ABM). In the near future I hope to train as a Breastfeeding Counsellor.

I am also a volunteer with The Blackpool HomeStart Programme. This has included training courses in Montessori Play, Children's Mental Health and Attitudes to Sexual Health.
